Check out The Avengers: Age of Ultron concept art by Andy Park!
In the latest Avengers movie the evil robot Ultron goes through many changes and one of the artists, Andy Park, shared some early looks on his Facebook page. He also shared some early costume designs for Pietro Maximoff (aka Quicksilver).
Park is a professional concept artist who's worked on big budget projects like Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013), Thor: The Dark World (2013) and Iron Man 3 (2013).

Ultron
Park said, "These are a few early concept versions I did for Ultron Mark 1. It was fun to paint up what essentially looks like a hobbled together creepy Iron Man with the classic Ultron look."
Here's what Ultron's "Mark I" look was like.
Quicksilver
Park added, "I had the pleasure of doing some design work on Pietro Maximoff aka Quicksilver for Avengers: Age of Ultron. The final design (not seen here) was done by Jack Dudman. But it was fun to explore what he could look like from his costume to his hair to how his running could look like. It was known early on that his costume wasn't going to be too 'costumey.' But I had to try to push it just a bit."
Here's what he looked like in the film
