In a recent interview Ann Foley, the costume designer for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, talked about the evolving look of the recurring character Mike Peterson — aka Deathlok played by J. August Richards. Richard's described his characters evolving look telling Variety, "I got a lot of upgrades while I’ve been gone. My costume is very different. There are things that are still the same. The character has been evolving since we’ve seen him last; this is like Deathlok 2.0."

Her vision of the character's evolving costume was visualized with the help of concept artists Phillip Boutte Jr, Kelton Cram, and Andy Park.

Boutte Jr, Cram, and Park are professional concept artists who've worked on big budget projects like Man of Steel (2013), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) and Thor: The Dark World (2013).

  1. I've heard of Deathbird and Deathcry but Deathlok is new to me. Sounds like another cool marvel character in the making.
