Wesley Burt is a professional concept artist who's worked on big-budget movies like Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014), Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), and Black Panther (2018).

"More early Thanos exploration, body type, build, & clothing," he said on his personal Instagram page. "It was awesome to see what the other visdev artists were doing around the same time; Ryan Meinerding had started modeling what would become the finalized head for him and it was perfect to take cues from and envision Josh Brolin in the role!"



"‪I originally approached a number of concepts imagining Thanos’ physique to be sort of similar to a heavyweight boxer, like Wladimir Klitschko but even taller; and also lots of costume ideas to round out his wardrobe beyond the armor‬." Burt added
