The movie Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials was number one this weekend with $30.3 million and made an impressive $108.3 million worldwide. It's based on The Scorch Trials by James Dashner and picks up where the last movie left off about a group of teenagers who wake up in a mysterious maze. Concept art of several key pieces of the film including the survivor camp "The Right Arm", the "Crank Pit" and Jorge's Lair.
Raj Rihal is a professional concept artist who's worked on big budget films like Avengers (2012), Oblivion (2013) and Thor (2011).

The director, Wes Ball, described the world saying "[The massive solar flare that devastated the planet] has transformed the world into a desert with sand dunes that crawl and are swallowing the ruins of a lost world." It's beautiful stuff and Rihal gives it a wonderful feel with his use of color and tone.
