Check out The Matrix storyboards by Ricardo Delgado!
One of the most striking creations in the Matrix universe are the Sentinels (also known as "Squiddy" by the Human Resistance). They're squid like machines that patrol the sewers and passageways looking for Zion hovercraft or humans. In one scene, the Sentinels attack the Nebuchadnezzar and unleash a barrage of terrifying bombs on them. One of the artists that helped create the scene for the Wachowskis was Ricardo Delgado and he shared some boards on his blog.
Ricardo F. Delgado is a professional concept and storyboard artist who's worked on Hollywood films like X2 (2013), X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2011) and Men in Black (1997).
