In the movie, Rey's been seduced to the Dark Side and even manifests Force Lightning which is usually used by Dark Side force users. She goes to the ruins of the Death Star and opens a door to sees an evil vision of herself. The moment is reminiscent of when Luke Skywalker goes to a cave on Dagobah and encounters of vision of himself as Darth Vader.
The moment is brief but was featured in the movie promotion. Last year Star Wars leaked a behind-the-scene image of Rey on the Emperor's throne labeled Empress Rey. Many fans have wondered if the moment was supposed to be more important to the story.
He also shared a number of other deleted scenes like Chewbacca being tortured after being kidnapped by Kylo Ren and a battle in the docking bay of the Death Star.
