First Offical STAR WARS VII Concept Art Glimpsed

Check out Star Wars VII concept art!

This week Lucasfilm posted the first official production photos from Star Wars VII and fans could make out blurry concept art images in the background.

It's safe to say these aren't spoilers, but you never know.

Here's the original image:

Here are some blurry highlights:

The most obvious one is the Millenium Falcon.

Looks like a mountainous landscape like Tatooine or a new location.

Some books on the table including one with Yoda on the cover. Could he be back for the sequel?

Now notice some images in the background including one of Obi Wan Kenobi (upper right).

Finally, we can see the corner of a series of images. Maybe storyboards?

  1. Argh. I'm yelling for these people to get out of the way. They don't seem to be moving.

  2. LOL I'm sure the collective scream of the Internet made them shudder a little Rusty. If only it had been a video.

  3. Hoping they involve Joe Johnston in the conceptual art process or it will never truly be THE Star Wars universe (one reason I did not like the designs in ep1-3).
