A new piece of concept art for the upcoming Marvel superhero film Thor (2011) has been shared showing the "Rainbow Bridge" Bifrost.
According to Wikipedia "In Norse mythology, Bifröst or Bilröst is a burning rainbow bridge that reaches between Midgard [Earth] , the world, and Asgard, the realm of the gods."

I didn't know about Thor until maybe last week when I read a website that was talking about the release of this movie and then again yesterday on Twitter when someone mentioned going to see it.
ReplyDeleteIt just baffles me that there were multiple storyboard artists who worked on this film. I thought that one artist storyboards an entire film, not several. I wonder if it depends on the movie, like, if all of these artists were needed for specific portions of "Thor" or something.
Many time, I wish that I could've been a storyboard artist. The process seems very involved though...a little to involved than I may want to be. Maybe storyboarding short films would be better for me.
